Carmelyn Vedar is CFG’s Senior Physician & APN Placement Specialist. Carmelyn started out as a Recruiter for CFG, hiring Physicians and Nurse Practitioners for the Corrections line of business. Prior, she has been an effective Physician Recruiter with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry finding talent in a variety of specialties. She has been successfully responsible for the recruitment and retention of providers for client hospitals all over the country. Carmelyn understands that success is having a true commitment to building relationships – one that truly understands the needs of both the client and candidate. She is mostly fulfilled when able to help people grow professionally and nurture relationships that evolve into long-term solutions and success. Prior to recruiting, Carmelyn has always been an entrepreneur, owning several businesses. She was also an Office Systems Manager serving as HR Administrator for the Philadelphia office for the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning. Carmelyn is a well-rounded individual who “gets it” and hopes to be a resource for any job seeker she engages with.

Karly Settle joins CFG as a Senior Physician & APN Placement Specialist with several years of talent acquisition experience in healthcare and other verticals. She has a unique background of a BS in Psychology and began her career as a PRP counselor and job coach for adolescents and adults. She then found her true passion after accepting a role in recruitment specializing in a variety of healthcare positions. Karly is a strong sourcer of passive talent, and is fearless with direct recruiting/cold calling. Karly is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of her clients and will use her previous experience and out of the box recruiting techniques to deliver top talent.
Viki Peralta

Viki Peralta joined CFG Health Network as a Senior Corporate Recruiter in January 2015. Before CFG, she worked as the Global Recruitment Manager of TalentSphere Inc. With strong leadership, she successfully managed the high-volume global staffing recruitment of the company for almost 12 years. As a result, Viki established strong relationships with international and US clients. In addition, she was involved in international conferences and recruitment events to strengthen business relationships with clients and keep updated on finding quality people via social networking. She holds a master’s degree in Human Relations with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She is currently writing her doctoral research project on The Role of Soft Skills in Leadership and Its Impact on Organizational Productivity and Performance. Her goal as Senior Corporate Recruiter is to meet the internal clients’ needs with top candidates, reflected in her motto, “I Don’t Promise. I Deliver.” She is also committed to providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Currently, she is engaged in the full-lifecycle recruitment for Residential Programs, Partial Programs, Corporate, Outpatient, and School-based Programs of CFG.

Leora Washington, Sr. Recruiter Corrections, joined CFG Health Network with over 15 years of Human Resources experience in various healthcare settings. She began her Human Resources career at the University of Pennsylvania Healthcare System as a recruiter. Eager to do more in human resources, she accepted consecutive progressive professional positions with Einstein Healthcare Network as the Human Resources Compliance Coordinator and then went on to accept a position as Employment and Employee Relations Manager at St. Francis Medical Center. Leora specializes in talent management, staffing, benefits administration and employee relations. She led and helped with the implementation of the first ATS system for the St. Francis Medical Center and Albert Einstein Medical Center where she enabled a more improved process for attracting and retaining a high performance and motivated workforce. Leora obtained a certification in Industrial Labor & Relations and then went on to further her education in Human Resources at McKinley College. She is a member of Philadelphia Society of Human Resources Management.

Nicholle began her recruitment career with CFG in February of 2021. When it comes to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment – it’s all about human interaction and creating memorable experiences. Nicholle loves focusing on innovative strategies and is proud of cultivating a reputation as a trusted advisor through collaboration and creativity. While bringing a world-class personal touch to the table, she is also fluent in various recruitment programs such as iCIMS, Jobvite, and JazzHR. She has branched outside of typical talent acquisition into employer brand marketing and recognition.

Kim Piotti joined CFG Health Network as Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist in February 2016. She began her recruitment advertising career in San Francisco during the dot-com boom writing classified job ads for healthcare, technology, and finance companies. Today, at CFG, she applies her specialized marketing knowledge in creating media and marketing campaigns to attract top healthcare candidates. Kim is also the Indeed administrator and uses her SEO (Search Engine Optimization) skills to give CFG a leading edge in their recruitment and employer branding efforts. Also, she enjoys designing recruitment ads, marketing materials, and social media posts. Kim is creative, strategic, well-organized, and detail-oriented and likes collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team. In addition, she enjoys mountain biking, baking, and traveling in her spare time.

Claire Colonna joined CFG Health Network as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in April 2013. Having worked as a Human Resources Assistant for 10 plus years, Claire brings a myriad of knowledge to the recruiting team including processes, organization and a general understanding of recruitment. Claire’s role evolved in 2022 to an Onboarding Specialist. This role enables Claire to support the recruiting team and new hires by sending offer letters, scheduling new hire orientations and assisting with completion onboarding paperwork. She offers top-notch customer service to internal and external customers.

Qiana Tarah Joined CFG Health Network as an Onboarding Specialist in June 2022. Having worked as an Onboarding Specialist for 1 year, Qiana brings excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, communication, and friendliness. Qiana supports the recruiting team by sending offer letters and making sure the candidates and new hires have what they need to be successful in their onboarding and new roles. Qiana is also a Fashion Designer and a graduate of FIT in NYC. She has shown her namesake brand at NYFW and has collaborated with SHEIN as a featured Designer.
Joe Reres

Joe Reres joins CFG Health Network as a Human Resources Data Analyst with several years of Human Resource experience in various industries. Some of his previous roles held were HR Coordinator and HR Generalist. Joe graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, emphasizing Management. Joe draws strength from this passion for business analytics, process improvement, and drive for learning. Joe is relentless in finding ways to capture reportable data. His responsibilities include being the administrator of the iCIMS ATS and training end users on the system. He also assists with new contract launch preparations for conversions of staff. Joe has quickly become the go-to for supporting the team with data capture, process flows, and providing solutions to various challenges.
