Residency Outreach Manager
Carmelyn Vedar is CFG’s Residency Outreach Manager. Carmelyn started out as a Recruiter for CFG, hiring Physicians and Nurse Practitioners for the Corrections line of business. Prior, she has been an effective Physician Recruiter with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has been successfully responsible for the recruitment and retention of providers for client hospitals all over the United States. Carmelyn understands that a successful Residency Outreach Manager is committed to building relationships – one that truly understands the needs of both the client and the Residents. She is mostly fulfilled when able to help people grow professionally and nurture relationships that evolve into long-term solutions and success. Prior to recruiting, Carmelyn has always been an entrepreneur, owning several business. She was also an Office Systems Manager serving as HR Administrator for the Philadelphia office for the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning. She is a licensed Real Estate agent in NJ and able to fully service her clients by finding them a job and home. Carmelyn is a well-rounded individual who “gets it” and hopes to be a resource for the Residents she engages with.
Senior Provider Recruiter
Karly joins CFG as a Senior Provider Recruiter with several years of talent acquisition experience in healthcare and other verticals. She has a unique background of a BS in Psychology and began her career as a PRP counselor and job coach for adolescents and adults. She then found her true passion after accepting a role in recruitment specializing in a variety of healthcare positions. Karly is a strong sourcer of passive talent, and is fearless with direct recruiting/cold calling. Karly is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of her clients and will use her previous experience and out of the box recruiting techniques to deliver top talent.
Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Viki Peralta joined CFG Health Network as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter in January 2015. Prior to CFG, she worked as the Global Recruitment Manager of TalentSphere Inc. (the international recruitment arm of MedTalents Inc.). With her strong leadership, she successfully managed the high-volume global manpower recruitment of the company for almost 10 years. She was actively involved in international conferences and recruitment events to strengthen business relationships with clients and to keep updated in finding quality people via social networking. She has a Master’s degree in Human Relations. Her personal goal as a recruiter is to fulfill her clients’ needs, that’s why she always says, “I Don’t Promise. I Deliver.”
Currently, she is engaged in the full life cycle of recruitment for the behavioral, mental, and school-based programs of CFG.
Senior Recruiter Corrections
Leora Washington, Sr. Recruiter Corrections, joined CFG Health Network with over 15 years of Human Resources experience in various healthcare settings. She began her Human Resources career at the University of Pennsylvania Healthcare System as a recruiter. Eager to do more in human resources, she accepted consecutive progressive professional positions with Einstein Healthcare Network as the Human Resources Compliance Coordinator and then went on to accept a position as Employment and Employee Relations Manager at St. Francis Medical Center. Leora specializes in talent management, staffing, benefits administration and employee relations. She led and helped with the implementation of the first ATS system for the St. Francis Medical Center and Albert Einstein Medical Center where she enabled a more improved process for attracting and retaining a high performance and motivated workforce. Leora obtained a certification in Industrial Labor & Relations and then went on to further her education in Human Resources at McKinley College. She has been a member of Philadelphia Society of Human Resources Management since earlier this year.
Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist
Kim Piotti joins CFG Health Network as a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist. Kim began her recruitment advertising career in San Francisco. She developed recruitment advertising strategies and created media campaigns to attract top candidates for technology, health care and financial companies in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Kim recently passed her CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) exam and is now putting her tools to use by sourcing passive candidates and developing diverse talent pools. Kim is the go to person in the CFG office for sourcing candidates through internet resources and specializes in recruitment through email marketing. Kim strives to drive talent in the right direction providing the team with a pipeline of behavioral health professional job candidates. She is known for being an effective communicator and has an eye for detail.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Claire Colonna joined CFG Health Network as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in April 2013. Having worked as a Human Resources Assistant for 10 plus years, Claire brings a myriad of knowledge to the recruiting team including processes, organization and a general understanding of recruitment. Claire supports the recruiting team by logging and tracking all current open and closed positions, sending offer letters to new hires, scheduling new hire orientations and assisting with onboarding. She offers top notch customer service to both internal and external customers.
Residency Outreach Specialist
Ted Costa joins CFG as a Residency Outreach Specialist. Ted’s primary responsibility will be to operate throughout the region to engage and attract Residents, Program Coordinators, and Program Directors to educate and build more awareness about CFG, our jobs, and our resources. Ted’s warm personality and ability to put anyone at ease will enable him to make great strides within the communities of graduating students at various schools within CFG’s territory. Ted is an alumnus of Widener University with a degree in Business Management & Marketing. Ted enjoys a challenge and is diligent with keeping track of the people he talks to and the hands he shakes. Ted’s penchant for business development will serve him well as he will be able to guide Residents in their careers.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Joe Reres joins CFG Health Network as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with several years of Human Resource experience in various industries; his previous roles being HR Coordinator and HR Generalist. Joe graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration emphasizing Management. Joe draws strength from this passion for business analytics, process improvement, and drive for learning. Joe is relentless to find ways to capture reportable data. His responsibilities include administrator of the iCIMS ATS and training for end users on the system. He also assists with new contract launch preparations for conversions of staff. Joe has quickly become the go-to for assisting the team with data capture, process flows, and providing solutions to various challenges along the way.
Nursing Allied Health Recruiter
Camille Williams joins CFG as a Nursing Allied Health Recruiter. Seasoned and strong operations professional with proven track record in talent acquisition, human resources and community engagement. An efficient Talent Acquisitionist offering over 10 years of experience. Innovative to proactive sourcing strategies to build a diverse passive candidate network for current and future vacancies with proven results in Healthcare, Non-Profit and Manufacturing Environments The Spark between the organization and the candidate. Daphne brings 18 years of Recruitment/Human Resources experience. Most recently she served as a Physician and Clinical Operations Recruiter for Humana responsible for recruiting over 30 offices and new acquisitions. Her expertise includes, senior to mid-level provider and nursing recruitment, and clinical operation support roles. Daphne also held the role of Lead Human Generalist for a company of 5000 employees. While working in the clinical recruiter role was instrumental and depended on to mentor new recruiters in the full-cycle recruitment process. She is adept on many different applicant tracking platforms. Daphne describes herself as having a passion for recruiting with the objective of “ensuring organizational goals are achieved, and making certain we’re providing all possible support to carry out our mission”. Currently studying for the SPHR, ASPR certification. Daphne will be supporting the hiring of Physicians, PA’s, APN’s, and NP’s for CFG’s Corrections Line of Business. She will also support the rotation of candidates to the Hospital Provider needs as needed. Daphne holds an Associates degree from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY.
