The prescription card program provides CFG employees and their families with
access to a wide range of prescription medications at greatly reduced cost. The card is active now, and has been provided to CFG in electronic form to post on the company’s intranet web site (UltiPro).
NOTE: You don’t need insurance to use this card, if you have it, this card can’t be used on the same prescription.
